Welcome to Beulah Elementary School home of the Beulah Bees. We provide a highly- qualified staff who works diligently to provide a rigorous educational experience for all students. It is the goal of the Beulah staff for you and your children to have a successful school experience. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive educational experience enabling all children to reach their full potential.
We are proud to be the first elementary theme school in our district. Beulah is a Dual Language Choice School. As students enter Kindergarten, parents have two choices of educational programs. Parents may choose a monolingual track and their children will receive all instruction in English or parents may choose a dual language track and their children will receive 50% of their instruction in English and 50% in Spanish. In both tracks, children receive high-quality instruction of the Georgia Performance Standards. Students will remain in their chosen track through fifth grade.
We are proud of the continued academic improvement of our students. We continue to develop our academic instruction, using multiple assessment data. From this data, teachers plan instruction to meet the specific academic needs of their students. Using the Learning Focused Schools approach to teaching and learning creates learning environments where children thrive academically and socially. With classroom procedures in place, our teachers have strong classroom management which increases instructional time while building a caring social community for learners.
Our school is an important component of our community. Parents are welcome to volunteer in classrooms and encouraged to take an active role in their child's education. Parents and teachers work as a team helping our students achieve academic success. Our Partners in Education, community businesses, support our school and students by providing incentives and academic support for students.
