BEES Media Center Goals
1. Create a warm and welcoming environment where students and teachers can explore and learn.
2. Meet with the Media Committee to discuss school and student needs.
3. Assist students in the development of the attitudes and skills which will enable them to become independent, life-long learners.
4. Collaborate with teachers to assist in the development of the curriculum and instructional program of the school and support the achievement curricula and instructional goals.
5. Provide access to materials that support a wide range of student needs, abilities, and interests.
6. Provide students and teachers with access to a variety of informational resources and materials necessary to achieve curricular objectives.
Checkout Procedures
Students may check out books for a period of two weeks. Books may be renewed if necessary. We do not charge a fine for books that are overdue, but notice will be sent home.
Individual students may visit the media center once a day for check out, and they must have a pass.
Kindergarten through first-grade students may check out 1 book at a time.
Second through fifth-grade students may check out 2 books at a time.

hand sanitizer
Clorox wipes
